Lydia Moth
Architect, Wellbeing Ambassador, BIM Lead

Lydia is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant who returned to Architype since completing her masters degree.
At Architype, Lydia has gained experience in a range of project sectors including residential, education, commercial and healthcare. She is currently working in collaboration with the London office, focused on a large-scale and complex Passivhaus housing development in the city.
Lydia has excellent BIM and Revit skills, and is responsible for the development of Architype’s approach to BIM, ensuring that we are compliant, and disseminating up-to-date training amongst the architectural staff.
Education
Lydia undertook her Part 1 in Architecture at the University of Bath, graduating in 2013. Her thesis project focused on alternative schooling for at-risk children. During her Part 2 Studies, at Birmingham University, Lydia was drawn to studying alternative housing typologies including co-housing, CLTs, flexible and affordable housing. Lydia is currently completing a RICS course in BIM Project Management, for which she will receive a personal accreditation.
Lectures
Lydia is currently teaching Revit skills at Birmingham City University.
