Sharon is a recently qualified Architect with four years experience as an Architectural Assistant. She initially trained and worked in furniture design where she developed a wider interest in the built environment and sustainable issues.
Her previous experience at small practices has included working on a range of building types including alterations to existing buildings, conservation work and infrastructure projects. Sharon has recently been part of the team working on educational projects forming part of the largest funding programme of its kind for the London Borough of Hillingdon where she has been responsible for the day-to-day running of a primary school expansion.
Sharon undertook her Part I Architecture studies at The University of Nottingham following a BA in Furniture and Product Design at Nottingham Trent University. She went onto to complete her Part II Architecture Diploma at the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT), and has recently completed her Part III qualification at Cardiff University.
