Tim is a consultant who has been assisting Architype since 2013, taking information from Revit and building PHPP models. He has worked on Elm Park, Frenchay, Denbigh and leads the PHPP modelling for the CEC EnerPHit projects.

Tim specialises in models evaluating up to 30 design choices that use software programming and directly produce output graphs suitable for reports. He also uses software to speed up PHPP data entry, drawing on significant programming experience over the last 20 years and his commercial work both as a programmer and in research.

Tim has also been a Retrofit Coordinator since 2019 and has been involved or is currently involved with the key organisations involved in that: RetrofitWorks, The Retrofit Academy and the AECB.

Education

Tim became an Architectural Technologist in 2011 and a Certified Passivhaus Designer the following year.
