Architype PERFORM+ is an environmental consultancy service that helps clients to get the best operational results from their buildings.

We work at design stage and with existing buildings to ensure that long-term performance tackles current issues and enhances the future potential of built assets.

Our guidance seeks to go beyond quick-fix solutions, applying a holistic approach to solving specific and complex problems.

Our advice is not isolated; we use decades of experience in sustainable architecture to incorporate the client’s vision and ensure that the ripple effects of our interventions have positive outcomes.

When buildings don’t work as required it can jeopardise their future and impact on users. We find long-term solutions to tackle common and complex problems; from over-heating to mould, to secure the status of your building.

We reject the convention that completed buildings do not perform as predicted at design stage. We work to minimise energy in use and ensure that performance quality is upheld in the construction phase.

Optimising internal environments is a major consideration for the health and well-being of the occupants. We prioritise comfort and advise non-toxic materials to improve the user experience, promoting health and productivity.
